About me!

After 17 years as a teacher and co-parent to 2 teenage sons, I was absolutely burnt out and needed a way forward!

I reset, went back to university, and got lots of support, and what I learned was:

✅ Small steps create seismic shifts—if you have the right tools. 

✅ Neurodivergence isn’t a flaw—mine fuels my creativity and problem-solving skills, and gives me different perspectives to work from.
