About me!
After 17 years as a teacher and co-parent to 2 teenage sons, I was absolutely burnt out and needed a way forward!
I reset, went back to university, and got lots of support, and what I learned was:
✅ Small steps create seismic shifts—if you have the right tools.
✅ Neurodivergence isn’t a flaw—mine fuels my creativity and problem-solving skills, and gives me different perspectives to work from.
✅ My teaching background + psychology expertise + neurotype = a unique coaching style — blending science, empathy, and actionable strategies.

10 Week Life Change Challenge. (£900)
It takes 66 days to learn and integrate new habits. take this 70 day challenge to create new habits and increase life satisfaction and balance.
Morning booster

5 ten minute morning check ins to reduce burnout and focus productivity.
Post-Diagnostic Support (£100/hr)
A validating and safe space to explore issues and re-frame strengths and support needs. Delivered through video calls with email and WhatsApp support available.
1 hour or 90 minute sessions available.
Reflective Partner (£100)
Weekly reflective practice call using Appreciative Change Management style reflection. Emphasising successes and positive outcomes to reinforce effective strategies and behaviours, this builds self awareness and confidence and encourages continuous improvement.
