- We keep your email for 1 year, then delete it

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
To book a course:
Name and email address (via Eventbrite)
During training:
Audio recording (if you speak). Video only if your camera is on.
After training:
Name, email, and your feedback responses
HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
- Send you your attendance certificate
- Record sessions for quality assurance
- Investigate complaints (if they arise)
- Use your feedback for improvement (and marketing, only if you consent)
- Meet CPD accreditation requirements
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?
No, we do not sell or share your data with marketing companies. Your data is only accessed by Zoe McFarlane.
Your data may only be shared in these circumstances:
- If you make a formal complaint and it’s upheld, relevant information may be shared with professional bodies (CPD, BPS, AC)
- If required by law
YOUR RIGHTS
You can:
- Request a copy of your data (Subject Access Request)
- Ask us to correct or delete your data
- Object to us using your data for marketing
- Ask us to limit how we use your data
