Why Work With Me?
After 17 years as a teacher, I experienced complete burnout. That crisis became my catalyst to understand how change actually works.
I bring academic rigour alongside practical experience. With an MSc in Psychology, membership with the Association of Coaching and British Psychological Society, and published peer-reviewed research on therapeutic approaches, I understand both the science and the lived experience of transformation.
What makes my approach different is the combination:

Online sessions from wherever feels comfortable. Flexible format—cameras optional, chat available if speaking feels difficult.

Between-session support when you need it. Quick check-ins, accountability, or just knowing you have a touchpoint. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Follow-up resources and written support. Processing things in writing can be easier than live conversation. Notetaker apps welcome.

Session Information
Session Format
Sessions are conducted online via video call. Everything is tailored to your preferences – no pressure about eye contact, communication style, or anything else. You’re welcome to record sessions for your own use or request written summaries of key points.
Duration and Flexibility
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. We can work together as a one-off, or on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. The structure is completely flexible and tailored to your needs
What to Expect
Your first session (free 20-minute discovery call) explores where you are now and where you want to be. If we decide to work together, sessions usually include:
- Reflection on what’s working (and what isn’t)
- Identifying patterns and blockers
- Creating actionable strategies for the week/period ahead
- Building accountability without pressure
Between sessions, you may have specific actions—nothing overwhelming. Small steps create seismic shifts when you have the right tools.
Pricing
One-to-One Coaching – £100/hour
10-Week Life Change Challenge – £900 (It takes 66 days to integrate new habits. This 70-day program includes weekly sessions plus email/WhatsApp support)
Reflective Partner Sessions – £100 (Weekly check-ins using Appreciative Change Management techniques)
I offer a limited number of reduced-rate spaces for those experiencing financial difficulty. Please enquire if this applies to you.
